Summary:The present research project aims to make an intensive diagnosis for each of the areas of the company INSUMEDICOS, in order to know deeply its status, using administrative tools of diagnosis as the SWOT matrix, and competitiveness map designed by the Inter-American Development Bank, supported by some administrative theories, where it will be possible to identify both points and critical areas such as those strengths that represent potential business improvements. The main causes giving rise to the symptoms of the problem have your reason in the absence of a scheme of management, organization, direction, planning and control, which are carried out by means of an empirical administration. Then arises a full focused on the administrative area improvement plan, considering the planning strategy of the company, which will identify the weaknesses, there are strategies to these weaknesses found expressing its importance in terms of real improvements in the indicators and their urgency at the time., different corrective actions required are expressed in each of the evaluated points that help achieve raised strategies method of verification strategies is assigned, indicated an estimated time and a Manager realize each proposed strategy. Raised once improvement plan, is designed new model of strategic planning for the company, where arises the mission, Vision, values, policies, objectives, map of processes, rules of procedure and flow chart of INSUMEDICOS, to give sustainability to the proposed plan supported continuous improvement plan is designed in three core priorities for the company which are service, Cost and people, which will be measurable with the master plan of indicators which consists of administrative and operational indicators. At the end of the process, is therefore sought the research team to perform the respective implementation of the plan of improvement and in this way is realized the issues raised with the specific purpose of improving their business performance through strategic planning. This project is the product of a series of efforts of the research team which were doing a constant accompaniment to the selected company. The collection of information was a process where actively involving researchers who applied their knowledge in relation to the detected faults.
