Auditoria regular a la empresa social del estado, Hospital la Misericordia de Calarcá.

Regular audit of the ESE Mercy Hospital Calarcá Quindío force for 2013. This was accomplished according to the guidelines established in the Territorial Audit Guide adopted by the Comptroller General of Quindío (CGQ). Process was performed by using audit stages. It began with planning, in which a general knowledge of the subject audited through the integrated audit system (AIS) was taken, then the account review and analysis in detail and finally the schedule of activities was made. Later gave way to the implementation stage where these activities are conducted during the planning stage. Once the above two steps addressed inconsistencies not being clarified and substantiated findings generated two one administrative and the other with administrative tax incidence, following this report which contained the concept about the demise of the bill was prepared and detected the opinion on the fairness of the financial statements for this adverse event was negative, due to the detected inconsistencies.
