A modern human talent management requires the effective development of personnel management techniques, and strategic tools that are indispensable to the attainment of organizational objectives. The work is important to Caldas Motor SA as it seeks to contribute to optimal organizational development consistent with current market demands. Organizations need to respond to the demands of globalization and market flexibility. The high standards, certifications to compete internationally have emphasized the importance of man and his talent to add value, that is why modern companies have been taking human management systems consistent with their strategic plans and are convinced that people, skills and motivation that generate competitive advantages. |
