Marketing plan will be developed through the creation of a Department that were implemented in the company to carry out specific activities that will serve as a tool to improve the level of sales through a better deal to the customer and their needs, as first step is the identification of the theoretical sources that support the proposal, i.e. appointment of the main references for technical development; subsequently treated General aspects of the company José Vicente Murillo, and be collected information about the handling of the determining factors such as customers, competitors and others.
