“Empresarios S.O.S” is a program of business strengthening microfinance institution belonging to the Actuar famiempresas. This program was founded in 2011 in response to high mortality rates presented in the microenterprise sector of the department of Quindio. However “Actuar Famiempresas” increased its coverage advice to the municipalities of Dosquebradas (Risaralda) and Cartago (Valle). This program is responsible for providing business advice for free to micro-entrepreneurs evidencing problems threatening the existence of their business. The team of Empresarios S.O.S program. it is composed of an area coordinator and a student of business administration from the University of Quindío in each of the venues where the institution is located. The coordinator is responsible for assessing administrative processes, professionally supports the student as an intern and evaluates the outcome of each of the advice made by the program. Similarly, the student is responsible for providing a consultancy according to the situation in which the production unit or small business is located. In this advice the student submits a micro-entrepreneurs administrative tools so that this person executes them in their business and thus can improve the current state of your micro or productive unit. Similarly, the student will be watching the microentrepreneurs make good use of these tools by tracking and control is performed three months after the acceptance of the advice by the small businessman. |

Este programa fue fundado en el año 2011 como respuesta a los altos índices de mortalidad que se presenta en el sector microempresarial del departamento del Quindío. Sin embargo Actuar famiempresas incrementó su cobertura de asesorías a los municipios de Dosquebradas (Risaralda) y Cartago (Valle). Este programa se encarga de ofrecer asesorías empresariales de manera gratuita a microempresarios que evidencien inconvenientes que ponen en peligro la existencia de sus negocios. El equipo de trabajo del programa empresarios S.O.S. está compuesto por un coordinador de área y un estudiante de administración de negocios de la Universidad del Quindío en cada una de las sedes en donde se encuentra dicha institución. El coordinador se encarga de evaluar procesos administrativos, apoya profesionalmente al estudiante en calidad de pasante y evalúa el resultado final de cada una de las asesorías realizadas por el programa. De igual manera, estudiante se encarga de brindar una asesoría acorde a la situación en que se encuentre la unidad productiva o pequeño negocio. En esta asesoría el estudiante entrega al microempresario unas herramientas administrativas con el fin de que esta persona las ejecute en su negocio y de esta manera pueda mejorar el estado actual de su microempresa o unidad productiva. De igual manera, el estudiante estará pendiente de que el microempresario haga buen uso de estas herramientas mediante un seguimiento y control que se realiza tres meses después de la aceptación de la asesoría por parte del microempresario.1.
