Summary: | This project is an improvement plan which focused on improving management of human talent of the Pereira transport Terminal area, for this purpose begins with a situational analysis of the organization which allows you to make a diagnosis of the same and thus discover the aspects to be taken into account to ensure that the strengthening of the mentioned area is adjusted to the needs of the organization. To collect the information necessary for a proper diagnosis of the current situation of the company, used the survey of officials and an interview with the head of human talent, these tools gave as a result the need for establishing a process of personnel selection well structured, a program of incentives and measures that ensure a generational change of partners, among others. The research work is supported on the theories of Giddens, Aktouf and Daft, who considered the human talent as the cornerstone of any organization and therefore the basis of modern management, who needs to be valued as a whole being and not simply as a cog in the process. It is concluded in this research Pereira Terminal of transport need to dramatically improve its human talent management area, so that from there, the company is solid support enabling it to effectively achieve their goals |
