Plan de mejoramiento para formalizar los procesos administrativos en un salón de belleza en Armenia, Quindío.

This degree work aims to design an improvement plan in order to structure the administrative processes in a beauty salon. Having as a main goal the assessment of the current state of performance, review of the corporate governance, analyze the external and internal environment, generate, evaluate and select the best strategy. To achieve this objective the idea of a descriptive and inductive investigation was taken into consideration. This research was focused mainly on the beauty salon Hair Style located in the city of Armenia. The purpose of this improvement plan is the formalization of the processes within the salon, the sustainability and growth, based on all the administrative, commercial, financial and operational strategies that are taken into account. One of the main goals found in this presentation of this paper grade is the diploma in Business Administration considering the acquired knowledge during the race.
