| Summary: | The study is based on the execution of support activities to the quality management system in ORI international relations office at the University of Quindio. Mainly on the document management that has been considered appropriate to update in order to maintain the integrity, validity and relevance of existing information. This project is considered to emphasize the importance of document management within the quality management system, showing that the optimum status of documentation allows to fully comply with the requirements of the technical standards of quality.
