Summary: | The present project looks through investigation and elaboration of different studies (Market, Technical, Organizational, Administrative and Financial) to determinate feasibility to the creation of a rural canine daycare Armenia Quindío city. Research has as target market about 16.877 homes that conformed the stratus 4, 5 y 6 from the city. Based on Fenalco almost 37% of Colombian homes in this stratus have pets, percentage from which 69% are dogs, is possible to affirm that the niche market is 4.309 homes, this is equivalent to coverage from 1%. Nowadays there are about 16 companies that offer this kind of services, which provide around 800 per month, equivalent to 19% from the niche market. Through this information is able to establish the existence of a great opportunity, because of the underserved market is 80% approximately. Regarding the technical study was done an analysis from the company structure and was determinate the viability at the time of getting assets and facilities to the development of the project, besides it was possible to establish that the best location to start is in the north of Armenia city because this area is located in the niche market. Financial studio show as a result the viability to the project, this generates an attractive profitability for investors, some yields without financing (TIRF) with 54% and some with financing (TIR) with 29.46%, that also allow to determinate the self-sustainability without financing from second year and with financing from fourth year. The project besides generates benefits socioeconomics like providing employment, contributions to social security and to the state through taxes. |
