Plan de negocio para la empresa Curtiembres Uriel Betancur ubicado en la vereda la María vía a Calarcá

The following research takes place in the Mary tanner sector in order to obtain solid bases for the elaboration of a business plan for Uriel Betancur tanneries, which will have as a main objective strengthen the competitiveness and productivity of this mentioned company. During the development of the investigative process, the leather industry was describe at a national level and at a regional level in order to perform an analysis of the company, the number of companies that comprise it, and the actual economic and social situation. It also took place an analysis of supply, demand, market prices, distribution and an assessment of the marketing plan which is putting the bovine leather on the national market. In this way an internal analysis is going to establish the infrastructure of the company according to installed capacity, machinery and technical equipment, and the distribution in plant of the production process. This process also links the methods of treatment for hazardous waste and environmental mitigation strategies, which can represent economic benefits for the company. Likewise the economic and financial risks that directly affect the activity of the company would be described, leading to the identification of strategies that will help to reach the objectives of the business plan. The contribution of different sources of information and the experience transmitted by sector members, complement the construction process of the business plan that is going to be implement in the leather tanning company. The purpose of this implementation is to gradually improve the productive activity, which leads on market strategies, improvement of technological processes, and execution of administrative processes, environmental improvement and financial control. The aspects described above will contribute in the strengthening of Uriel Betancur Tannery Company, in order to continue successfully in their activities of leather tanning
