| Summary: | This research project aims to implement a control system for inventory Cooperativa de Motoristas del Quindío, starting with an investigation of all the history and organizational structure of the company to determine the importance of controlling the same. Subsequently studying inventories, handling, from the theoretical point of view, control through Coso and international accounting standards; to thereby recommend the models more appropriate control for each operation relating to inventories of the organization. Fundamentally research gives you a reference starting the company on the most accurate and effective way to manage their inventories and thus optimize the management of their resources and increase their profitability. |
