Summary:The improvement plan presented in this document is the result of institutional self arises from the interpretation of one of the students who take this project from displaying an opportunity for improvement in the area of the company where he works. This project seeks to identify, analyze and propose solutions to the malfunction of the General Services Unit Cali to design an improvement plan that contributes to customer satisfaction, improving the working environment and increased the profitability of the business. In the first part of the study discusses the draft, where through an identification of the problem and the symptoms and causes that produce it achieved diagnose and control to define a forecast that identifies what the situation would improve or if no such shortcomings, taking into account the background and requirements regarding formalities required by the program for proper execution of the work. As a second part of the work is carried out the research project, which is a description of the company, market study, environment and industry in which in order to identify its position against competitors and in turn achieve determined through internal and external surveys which are the key to work. The third part presents the results of any investigation and disclosed the proposed strategies through a reformulation of strategic management, restructuring charges and defines an action plan for the implementation and operation of all proposals that are proposed improvement plan, finally presents the conclusions and recommendations to the company. It is hoped to present this plan to improve the Human Resources of the company and achieve its implementation and short-term development.
