Auditoria de gestión de un proceso de importación de materia prima en la empresa Industrias Dofi S.A.S

Audit of management through which important aspects are identified for improvement in the process of importing raw material DOFI INDUSTRIES SAS. Through this paper grade two students of Accounting Management develop the Auditing process of importing raw material in a manufacturing company dedicated to the manufacturing of modular wood furniture . They are aimed to detect possible failures , and by providing a report to the directors of the company recommendations to help improve the process as such, and why not reduce cost overruns in it. From this need students identified each stage of the import process, and through questionnaires, interviews and assessments to those responsible for this detected and showed some important aspects to improve. The five stages of the import process implemented in this company are: PROGRAMMING, SHIPPING, NATIONALIZATION, RECEPTION OF RAW MATERIAL AND EXCHANGE OPERATIONS.
