In the city of Manizales the services offered do not meet in a high percentage of those companies needs that need to be internationalized, some problems that are detected is the lack of support to the productive sectors that offer regional trade in the city Manizales, the possibilities and opportunities that many of the SMEs in this city has to enter the market. Business Plan Consulting for imports and exports directed to SMEs in the city of Manizales, aims to reach the market, responding to the needs of SMEs that advice want to be part of globalization, a trend that is leading in recent years and do not have the trained personnel to export their product. It also aims to guide SMEs in when the same general management, market analysis, target market segmentation, demand, consumers, matrices as opportunities and threats and yes, its feasibility in the future in terms of the goal of being able to export its leading product. It is important to know that we are faced with solving a number of problems with these SMEs in terms of the lack of investment capital, access to sources for funding, quality control, customer knowledge, bases to put the product price, as dealing with competition, target markets, profitability, viability, among others, which makes knowing all kinds of mechanisms for export advisory. This project taught to be entrepreneurs and leads to further information on the economic sector and geographical, natural, technical and human resources, favorable and unfavorable socioeconomic conditions, sectoral assessments and other a number of suitable instruments that will make possible a practical methodology and positive within a broader process. |

El plan de negocios en Asesorías para importaciones y exportaciones dirigidos a las Pymes en la ciudad de Manizales, pretende llegar al mercado, dando respuesta a las necesidades de asesoramiento de aquellas pymes que quieran hacer parte de la globalización, tendencia que está marcando en estos últimos años y que no cuentan con el personal capacitado para exportar su producto. Así mismo, pretende orientar a las pymes en cuando al manejo general del mismo, análisis del mercado, mercado objetivo, segmentación, demanda, consumidores, matrices como oportunidades y amenazas y en sí, su factibilidad a futuro en cuanto a la meta de poder exportar su producto líder. Es importante saber que nos enfrentamos a resolver un sin número de problemas que tienen estas pymes en cuanto a la falta de capital de inversión, acceso a fuentes para su financiamiento, control de calidad, conocimiento de clientes, bases para poner el precio al producto, como hacer frente a la competencia, mercados meta, rentabilidad, viabilidad, entre otros, lo que hace conocer todo tipo de mecanismos para la asesoría en la exportación. Este proyecto enseña a ser emprendedores y lleva a ampliar la información sobre el sector económico y geográfico, recursos naturales, técnicos y humanos disponibles, condiciones socioeconómicas favorables y desfavorables, diagnósticos sectoriales y en sí una serie de instrumentos idóneos que permita llegar a una metodología práctica y positiva dentro de un proceso de mayor alcance.1.
