Summary:In the city of Manizales the services offered do not meet in a high percentage of those companies needs that need to be internationalized, some problems that are detected is the lack of support to the productive sectors that offer regional trade in the city Manizales, the possibilities and opportunities that many of the SMEs in this city has to enter the market. Business Plan Consulting for imports and exports directed to SMEs in the city of Manizales, aims to reach the market, responding to the needs of SMEs that advice want to be part of globalization, a trend that is leading in recent years and do not have the trained personnel to export their product. It also aims to guide SMEs in when the same general management, market analysis, target market segmentation, demand, consumers, matrices as opportunities and threats and yes, its feasibility in the future in terms of the goal of being able to export its leading product. It is important to know that we are faced with solving a number of problems with these SMEs in terms of the lack of investment capital, access to sources for funding, quality control, customer knowledge, bases to put the product price, as dealing with competition, target markets, profitability, viability, among others, which makes knowing all kinds of mechanisms for export advisory. This project taught to be entrepreneurs and leads to further information on the economic sector and geographical, natural, technical and human resources, favorable and unfavorable socioeconomic conditions, sectoral assessments and other a number of suitable instruments that will make possible a practical methodology and positive within a broader process.
