Diseño De Modelo De Negocio Para El Proceso De Gestión De Recursos Financieros En Las Alcaldías

In the present project it is proposed a standard model for the process in charge of managing the financial resources in Colombians city halls, this was achieved through to harvest information that allows knowing the state secretary working of these government entities, and how is the process realized for management of these resources. After of know the process, we make the diagramming of this on Bizagi tool using the BPMN standard notation, this for analyze completely the process and on this way identify possible problems and needs that currently this entities have about management of financial resources. Starting of identify of the problems and needs, some changes was raised for the process, these will allow that the city halls have more control on activities developed around the management of financial resources, later we documented these changes and builder the standard model design for this process using the same tool and notation that we used for model the currently process of this entities. Also we realized a comparison between both models, for define the advantages and benefits of proposal of business model that was design in this project for the management of financial resources process.
