| Summary: | In view of increasing globalization, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is being adopted in the corporate world, linking the organization in the process of determining what kind of society you want to become, with the help of rapid and excessive growth economic activity, since society has realized the existence of needs that go beyond the merely economic, as is the awareness of the environmental welfare and improvement of technological processes. During the passing of the years, the CSR has taken significant importance in relation to the recognition of the rights and needs of both internal and external. Additionally, these practices have contributed to the social, economic and environmental improvement, in addition to improving business oriented image demonstrating an ethical commitment to achieving their relationships to expand their markets. |
