| Summary: | With the current work we pretend to elaborate and implement a health project in order to encourage, to integrate and to increase productivity, improving the competitiveness and sustainability of the economy in the Department of Quindío. The objectivesare to develop a spamarket study, to establish a technical study, to assessa legal and organizational study to develop an environmental study and to design an economic and financial study. The project is based on two fundamental theories of administration;the classical theory of administration and the competitiveness theory. Utilize methods of descriptive investigation and observations. With surveying people it will allow a perception of this investigation. Methods and techniques of descriptive research and observation were usedthrough the use of surveys that allow a perception of the object of research.The method of inductive analysis allowed to draw a general conclusion of the objectives analyzing each situation specifically. In conclusion we were able to identify specifically the segment of market which is aimed at children and adults between 5 and 69 yearsold. The technical study concluded that the best sector to locate the spa is los Fundadores. The legal and organizational study was helpful to specify all the structural part of the company, the type of society and the contribution of each of the members, as well as the legal documents for their Constitution;finally the economic and financial study allows to see that the project requires an initial investment of 88.964.839 to put up. |
