Summary:The activities carried out in the Customs Agency Proactiva Foreign Trade Proactcomex Lda. Level 2, it was to analyze the structure of the company since it was observed that the functionaries were unaware regular within the organization through and many of the specific activities of his office, also was not available a process of selection of personnel for each of the charges according to the occupations profiles and experience for the execution of specific activities while an evaluation period was not established workers in order to observe the weaknesses in the execution of the work in this way point to the continuous improvement in response to these findings we proceeded to create an organization that allowed visualization of the chain of command in the company, its time resulted in the development of the manual functions and procedure of each of the dependents of staff in order that the activities were not repeated and thus allow coordinated work, as well as the creation of a code of ethics that allows regulate the actions jointly establishing documents and recruitment system as well as the development of the performance appraisal of each of the officials.
