The current problems presented by the organization are as follows, not have an organizational structure constituted in an organization chart, their diagrams are not set correctly with the requirement of production to meet the demand, the marketing area is not used to reach the target customer or business opportunity that may exist; as soon as to the products have several lines tiles, bluff brick, structural brick between others, although at the moment the product that is best marketed is the brick lighthouse, because the builders prefer this type of brick for their works, the brick lantern sells it to $ 420 pesos of first quality and of second quality at $ 350 pesos, really the prices are very standard with other of the region, differentiates them by the way in which they manufacture it and the clay used to make it. The bricklayers' market is small, but it does not comply with the amount of demand that exists at the moment in the market, is aimed at all strata, but mainly to the builders by the volume in the ones that they can acquire. The objective of this project is to investigate and solve the problems within the company so that it can improve its environment. internal and external, so that the business plan achieves goals and achievements at future. Financially the brick is not at its best, since the capacity of installation of the plant is more than 250,000 bricks and at the moment its system of production is in 150,000 bricks, why, it is due to several reasons between they do not have enough machinery for processing, they do not have the personnel trained enough to process the brick. |

Los problemas actuales que presenta la organización son los siguientes, no cuentan con una estructura organizacional constituida en un organigrama, sus diagramas de procesos no están establecidos correctamente con el requerimiento de producción para satisfacer la demanda, el área de mercadeo no es utilizada para llegar al cliente meta u oportunidad de negocio que puedan existir; en cuanto a los productos tienen varias líneas tejas, ladrillo farol, ladrillo estructural entre otros, aunque en el momento el producto que se comercializa mejor es el ladrillo farol, debido a que las constructoras prefieren este tipo de ladrillo para sus obras, el ladrillo farol lo comercializan a $420 pesos de primera calidad y de segunda calidad a $350 pesos, realmente los precios son muy estándares con otras ladrilleras de la región, los diferencia su calidad por el modo en que lo fabrican y la arcilla que utilizan para fabricarlo. El mercado de las ladrilleras es pequeño aunque es así, ninguna cumple con la cantidad de demanda que existe en este momento en el mercado, está dirigido a todos los estratos, aunque principalmente a las constructoras por el volumen en las que estas lo pueden adquirir. El objetivo de este proyecto es investigar y dar solución a los problemas que se encuentren dentro de la empresa para que esta pueda mejorar su ambiente interno y externo, además para que el plan de negocios alcance metas y logros a futuro. Financieramente la ladrillera no está en su mejor momento, ya que la capacidad de instalación de la planta es de más de 250.000 ladrillos y al momento su sistema de producción está en 150.000 ladrillos, el por qué, se debe a varias razones entre ellas no cuenta con personal suficientemente capacitado para el procesamiento del ladrillo.1.
