Summary: | In this project of degree is emphasized the mechanical risk; Hand injuries Are produced in the glass companies in Buenaventura in the operating area. The initial diagnosis was made through visits to the companies and general analysis of the operational areas and the general compliance of the safety and health standards at work, it was evidenced the increase of occupational accidents affecting mainly the upper limbs; hands. The main step of the project to identify the increase of the injuries in hands was made by means of surveys to the operators in their assigned tasks. The risk factors were identified by the implementation of the risk matrix, with the help of the Colombian technical guide GTC 45, investigating further the needs and failures of each company, in order to take certain control measures against the reported accidents. In order to minimize accidents and occupational diseases, a system of management, induction and training required for workers in their work activities was suggested, as well as improvement activities through preventive and corrective actions; Affiliation with relevant health companies |
