The Utilities industry comprises the provision of Electric Power, Water Supply and Sewer, Waste Management and Domestic Natural Gas services.El marco de referencia Frameworx, desarrollado por TM Forum, propone un esquema para el diseño de Arquitectura de Negocio para la industria de Telecomunicaciones, compuesto por tres capas principalmente: - La capa de Procesos: Business Process Framework (eTOM) - La capa de Aplicaciones: Application Framework (TAM) - La capa de Información: Information Framework (SID) El presente documento pretende enfocar este marco de referencia para el desarrollo de un diseño de Arquitectura de Negocio, implementado las tres capas principales, en la industria de los servicios públicos domiciliarios, denominado como Utilities.
