Through continuous improvement it is possible to be more productive and competitive in the market to which the organization belongs, on the other hand the organizations should analyze the processes used, so that if there is any inconvenience can be improved or corrected; as a result of the application of this technique may be that organizations grow in the market and even become leaders. Within the scope of this document, all the a Strategic Diagnosis and proposal of a Plan of Improvement for the Warehouses News Sports Excellent "NES" of Buenaventura.
