| Summary: | The present feasible study has its objective to create a Pymes’ consulting insurance company for its garment business in Dosquebradas town. This is based upon resulting that the culture to ensure personal properties as well as personal life in Colombia has a low market value compared to other Countries worldwide. Colombian people as well as companies gamble to self-insurance in the sense of undertaking all the losses to 100% causing low insurance companies market value impacting the people, leaving them to the chance of facing a high risk for bankruptcy, which in turn opens up a door to a new business opportunity by letting business executives know the risk they could face in the daily basis, affecting either their patrimony or directly to the people in the way to transfer such uncertain business directly to insurance companies efficiently and successfully. Once the previous condition has been effectively circumvent, any potential losses can be compensated in high percentage permitting businesses operate for long period of time. In order to accomplish this study, explicit and necessary general objectives were determined to investigate the project feasibility based on the market study in which variables such as offer and potential demand were identified, and thus continue with the technical studies, financial, environmental, administrative, and legal.
