| Summary: | In the neighborhood of Manantiales in the south of Armenia will be built 72 houses of social interest; which will be offered to all the natural people that have the capacity of buying or that complete all the requirements to obtain the subsidies given by the government. The project started by finding a place for this, where it was shown the coverage that this will have, and the kinds of houses that will be offered to the community to satisfy their basic needs that low resource people need. The housing deficit is a big problem generalized in the emerging countries to which Colombia isn’t a stranger. In response to this problem the national government started creating cheap housing solutions like the social interest housing. (SIH) and some policies related with subsidies to facility their buying. Actually housing is an important element because it lets the social and economic development in the measure that poverty decreases. Although, state policies for the improvement of lives quality and generation of labor are centered in the solution of Social interest housing through state programs. It is because of this that it has been determined to develop a study where the building if these houses is feasible to decreases the misery in which the people suffer each day, and this way supply a vital need for 72 families. |
