Summary:This research project, carry out by a deductive-analytical method goes from Comprehensive training to knowledge research about the same concept, at the Accounting of Universidad del Quindío (students, teachers and directors), this investigation project is necessary for understanding the way teach the Comprehensive training process into the students. The main objective was developed through: -the knowledge Comprehensive training theory by some writers; it's research on its applicability on the accounting training; -the concepts, on Comprehensive training, for students, teachers and directors by means of surveys and interviews; -the identification of advantages and disadvantages all of them identified through analysis to answers of the students, teachers and directors, the structure of curriculum; in addition checking against to the theory of Comprehensive training, where each of the objectives. In that way is concluded that it is necessary to answer to the disadvantages that they don't give an excellent education for the accounting professional. In addition, it’s necessary, give to the teachers those responsibilities, because they have a direct relationship with their students, and they can help the other people at the Accounting of the Quindío University, for example the directors or another teachers.
