In the market research synthesis Fieldwork is an analysis of supply and demand is made, then the prices are analyzed, then the technical study is that factors such as size will identify the new organization, location and project engineering, also the administrative and legal study where the most relevant factors mentioned since this variable to legalize the construction takes place. The financial study resources needed to operate the company CONSTRUCASA DUQUE SAS and operational costs are covered, the equilibrium point is analyzed, working capital is established and credit terms are assessed. Similarly projected financial statements are made, the reasons and indicators are calculated, and the project is evaluated to establish the feasibility of the investment.

En el trabajo se puede diferenciar cada una de las etapas que lo conforman, así, el anteproyecto que consta de la parte metodológica, en él se puede apreciar el tema, la descripción, formulación y sistematización del problema, los objetivos, la justificación, la delimitación, el marco de referencia y todo el diseño metodológico. En el estudio de mercado se halla la síntesis del trabajo de campo efectuado, se hace un análisis de la oferta y la demanda, luego se analizan los precios, posteriormente se hace el estudio técnico se identifican factores como el tamaño que se dará a la nueva organización, la localización y la ingeniería del proyecto, así mismo se desarrolla el estudio administrativo y legal donde se menciona los factores más relevantes desde esta variable para la legalización de la constructora. En el estudio financiero se tratan los recursos necesarios para poner en funcionamiento la empresa CONSTRUCASA DUQUE S.A.S., así como los costos operacionales, se analiza el punto de equilibrio, se establece el capital de trabajo y se evalúa las condiciones de un crédito.
