Description
Summary:This research Project carries out “The bilingualism in Salento” and how to make a reality in this town to improve the communicative skills of people who work on sales, hotels, and restaurants who are in constant contact with English speakers. That is why, we develop this investigation with the purpose of creating a new mentality towards learning a second language which is the “Main Key” to promote tourism but showing that the people in charge of customer service have a basic English level. What is more, the deep intention is to guide them to the path of bilingualism and they succeed at the end with great positive results on the speaking production that is what they really need. After all, having the cognition of another language besides the native one is always a plus that is value worldwide as an advantage that brings nothing but profit in life. Lastly, the mission was accomplished since one way or another we built the first steps for this community to understand the importance of learning English, as we created an impact on this small town regarding the knowledge of a second language.
