Similarly, the need to design manual functions, however it is the appropriate document prepared by the company in order to define the responsibilities and functions of the employees of the organization, with the aim of describing set all the activities of each of the charges to avoid repetitive or shared functions.Con el objeto de presentar un diseño del manual de procesos y procedimientos para cada una de las áreas organizacionales de la CONSTRUCTORA E INMOBILIARIA LOS CEDROS .S.A.S., se llevó a cabo un proceso de investigación teniendo en cuenta métodos de recolección y ordenamiento de la información suministrada por cada uno de los colaboradores, obteniendo como resultado la identificación del problema que presentaba la empresa respecto a la estructura organizacional, tipificándose en la falta de un manual de funciones y requerimientos que permita desarrollar planes que conduzcan al cumplimiento de los objetivos sociales y comerciales de la empresa. Se determinan falencias estructurales que sugieren ajustes desde la misma filosofía empresarial que impera dentro de la CONSTRUCTORA E INMOBILIARIA LOS CEDROS .S.A.S., razón por la cual se estima conveniente enfocar el concepto de misión bajo una óptica más objetiva, en procura de desarrollar su actividad social y comercial dentro de unos niveles de rentabilidad y productividad que permitan la retribución equitativa a sus socios. De igual forma, se establece la necesidad de diseñar el manual de funciones, como quiera que es el documento idóneo que prepara a la empresa con el fin de delimitar las responsabilidades y las funciones de los colaboradores de la organización, con el objetivo de describir todas las actividades de cada uno de los cargos para así evitar funciones repetitivas o compartidas.1.
