Summary:In order to submit a design manual processes and procedures for each of the organizational areas of construction and real estate .SAS THE CEDARS, conducted a research process taking into account methods of collection and sorting of information provided for each of the partners, resulting in the identification of the problem presented by the company regarding the organizational structure, it typified the lack of a manual of functions and requirements allowing the development plans leading commercial and meeting the social objectives of the company. structural weaknesses that suggest adjustments from the same business philosophy that prevails within the construction and real estate .SAS THE CEDARS, why is estimated to focus the concept of mission in a more objective perspective, seeking to develop their social activity are determined and trade within levels of profitability and productivity that allow equitable remuneration to its members. Similarly, the need to design manual functions, however it is the appropriate document prepared by the company in order to define the responsibilities and functions of the employees of the organization, with the aim of describing set all the activities of each of the charges to avoid repetitive or shared functions.
