The emergency response by fire departments each day is to become a job with a high level of risk ratios due to the growth of cities from all levels; economic, industrial and population generating an increase in emergencies that these agencies must meet.

Para cumplir tal fin se establecen tres (3) objetivos la Identificación de los procesos en los servicios de emergencias en los cuerpos de bomberos oficiales, identificar los Factores de Riesgo y Riesgos en los procesos y plantear medidas de control para los riesgos identificados.
