| Summary: | This graduation project is under the monograph collection methodology which enables determining the identification of risk factors and risks associated with the provision of emergency services in the officer corps of firefighters in the department of Risaralda year 2014. To meet this end, establish three (3) targets the identification processes in the emergency services in the officer corps fire identify the Risk Factors and Risk processes and propose control measures for identified risks. The emergency response by fire departments each day is to become a job with a high level of risk ratios due to the growth of cities from all levels; economic, industrial and population generating an increase in emergencies that these agencies must meet. |
