We have the opportunity to expand our market and increase our earnings working in others regions not only in Valle del Cauca A work team shaped by Aida Marin and Luz Elena Restrepo realized a feasibility investigation about merchandising in Pereira one of your leader Product “Spicy grape jelly”, this product can be a good hit in this city due to the little competition. The project consists in rent a strategic place in a very good commercial area like Mercasa. From this place we can distribute to different neighborhoods by a commercial force trained to do this. Standing out our quality and our low prices, our punctuality and responsibility with the established agreements with every customer, fulfilling our mission and following the vision of a leader company in the West Central Metropolitan Area with high participation in jelly and syrup’s marketing. Be recognized for our qualities standards, competitive prices and our traditional flavor in each product, having a very clear national projection and in a near future an international. Our products are design for any public, that’s why that we have considered different product presentations.Based on market research, Pereira has high demand for the jelly in strata 2, 3 and 4 of 56%. People from strata 1 prefers traditional grape flavor. With a low investment of just $ 13.880.000 (Thirteen millions eight hundred eighty thousand pesos) we projected important profit margins, where net utility is 0.15% with an increase every year that in the last year will be 6.96%. Indicators of asset profitability and heritage will present attractive values for investors and owners of the company. In the first year will be 1.67% and finishing the project will be around 23.48% and 24.98%. Being responsible with all the resolutions from the legal entities and contributing with the, environment, ensuring the proper use of solid waste (packages) through the recycling system. All this is in order to mitigate the environmental impact caused by these wastes. Letting the customer know about the recycle process in our packages, considering that the material is not biodegradable.
