Summary: | Coffee Willys is a business plan that is characterized for its innovation in the market because it is the adaptation of a vehicle that will have as a main function, selling coffee for people who consume this type of beverages in the municipality of Dosquebradas in Risaralda. The target market is focused on the provision of a service to the inhabitants of the center of Dosquebradas, Risaralda, especially in the commercial – Bank area. According to DANE, the estimated current population is 179.301 inhabitants in the municipality, to advance research, employed some technical tools such as surveys and direct observation, i.e., relied on several sources of information, starting from the processing of this gathering, detected the needs of consumption in a population that is very selective when it comes to products like coffee, good quality at an affordable price for the market towards which you want to direct the good, determining the selected niche positioning, this same commercial strategies were planned to achieve recall of the brand or name of the company Willys of coffee in the minds of consumers. In the same way the legal, environmental, technical, or operational plan went ahead and financial to the viability of the business plan, which finally resulted attractive for good profitability that threw the proposal once assessed with methods or mathematic - financiers techniques that take into account the value of money over time such as the net present value the internal rate of return and the benefit-cost ratio.
