Summary:The project called Fortalecimiento De La Planeación de Actividades Recreativas en la ACJ-YMCA Circasia, Quindío. At the beginning (diagnosis) start from the analysis of opportunities and needs that presented the ACJ-YMCA Circasia, Quindio an the extension of the social and community programs of recreation activities, therefore the development of this internship project was necessary to use concerning theoretical, context data and an own thinking to develop through a process of evaluation as useful support for the respective analysis of the results, in this sense, a proposal is presented to genuine situations of social context, with the letter navigation for an assertive intervention. In a second time, through a process of analysis of data obtained it is given a broader front panorama look and reveals or discovers that the priority need and opportunity for intervention which provided the context was lack of an assertive and systematic process planning recreational activities therefore teaching tools such as sheet for planning activities are provided, an educational frame you socialize with control standards-being and learning as a basic teaching sequence with three elements modeling - simulation exercise leading a third stage where intervention after you perform the activities results in a feedback looking to improve in the next file or save those that can still replicate successful experiences in other contexts. Finally it is expected that this process of intervention and extension in an analysis work (-Conclusions findings and recommendations) Thus, in the operation of this internship allowed positive transformations and reflections against the processes of modeling, simulation and exercise in planning recreational activities in the social-coordinator -volunteer management and social service participants each activity as observers or executors of strategic planning processes (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of recreational activities) which confirms that when involving a social group is exerting positive or negative energies and attitudes change as against life itself.
