Summary:In this project, we study the feasibility of starting a business the principal purpose of the butterflies native Colombian export to the international market, for this, are conducted market research, technical, legal, environmental and financial respectively, for subsequent SAS creating annulata Colombian Butterflies, which is expected to be one dedicated to animal breeding and utilization, marketing and export of live native butterflies and chrysalises or pupae within sustainable bio criteria. According to the above, aims to identify the feasibility of an animal breeding and marketing company of butterflies for export, developing a market intelligence, through visits, interviews, fieldwork and secondary data query and same technical study to identify which would be the most appropriate location for the business, legal and organizational study to know everything about the organizational structure of the company and its creation, after which the financial and environmental study, which finally will determine how viable is this green project in the conclusions the final concept. For market research and technical visits were made and requested advice on the issue, to Zeiky (Center for Information and Trade Consultancy), Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Cauca Valley CVC, the ICA will, the Research Institute of Biological Resources Alexander Von Humboldt, local companies engaged butterfly butterfly rearing (Butterfly Andoke, Alífera, Hexapoda, Zoo Cali, Colombia Wings, Butterflies Trinity, etc.), and Professor at the University Carlos Arturo Cáceres Quindío Castañeda. The social impact of the company will be positive, since the criteria of social and environmental sustainability of butterfly farming gives farmers an alternative clearing for agriculture, is a powerful example of sustainable development as the occupation and requires less effort physical traditional agriculture and offers a similar income, many rural families are benefited by this activity.
