Con respecto a las características del mercado se denota una alta demanda disponible gracias al estilo de vida deseado principalmente en los propietarios de viviendas de estratos medio y medio-alto, el que posean vehículo aumenta aún más la posibilidad de compra, otro factor a favor del proyecto radica en el poco conocimiento frente a las ventajas de la automatización y los complementos que esta contiene, tales como sistemas de apertura por ondas radiales o incluso algunos por sensores de luz, este último es un producto especial que gusta muchísimo a las personas discretas que buscan siempre lo moderno sin perjudicar la estética de sus fachadas ni de tener que operar controles remotos adicionales, se contara con productos de alta calidad y excelente respaldo, amigables con el medio ambiente y el consumo de energía de los compradores.1.
