| Summary: | Degree work aims to clarify and satisfy the doubts that the Colombian population has regarding the pension. To fulfill this project, a qualitative research will be carried out, using as primary sources: the survey and interview. In these businesses your target market are all persons entitled to a pension, however for this project will work with a population located in strata 4, 5 and 6 are located in the commune 2 of the city of Cali and with all ranges of age who want pension or who want to seek counseling to qualify for pension. The results show that a large percentage of the population does not know the laws, and decrees with which they can access the pension compensation, for this reason it will be shown that the feasibility study consulting Pension will give a good result indeed their strategies improvement and competition. |
