Maintaining a growth and continuous improvement approach, search with the address of the Lady María Shirley Castellanos, not only being recognized as one of the best brands in its sector at national level, but also at the international level. For 6 years, the company has consolidated both legal, and organizationally, as an entity with comprehensive strengths and efficient processes, converting it into a competitive organization, sign of this, its quality certification with NTC 6001 standard for small and medium-sized enterprises, which accredits his effort in terms of good governance and assurance of quality in all its processes. The present export plan is intended to achieve a successful access to the international market, specifically to the market of the United States of America. With a sequential process, seeks to identify at an early stage the export potential of the company, to thus identify strengths that can be leveraged and weaknesses that should be corrected, at a second stage, identify the target market conditions, all its features and conditions of entry for this way in a third phase, formulate appropriate strategies to achieve success with the goal of internationalization of the company.
