The main purpose of this improvement plan is determined by the external and internal variables in the enterprise Pacific Integrated Services SAS Buenaventura - Valle del Cauca, in order to identify existing gaps in its administrative processes and to propose strategies for improvement to this. To achieve the objectives of deductive research method they use, were investigated in company documents to know its history, mission, vision, values and corporate policies; Description for the steps to the matrices with which the key success factors of the company is analyzed to identify opportunities for improvement if the organization mentioned. The techniques and tools for data collection participatory diagnosis with our partners and with the rectors of institucuines having transaction with the Servinep SAS, and customers visiting the business is applied, applied to 30 people taking into account the average number of clients handled weekly as the user registry that manages the Undertaker and finally dies of strategic planning to identify key success factors. This enabled propose improvement strategies to overcome the shortcomings found improving business efficiency by optimizing their processes and ensure their sustainability over time. |
