Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicio de mantenimiento y reparación de pequeñas embarcaciones en la ciudad de Buenaventura Valle del Cauca

The feasibility study for the creation of a maintenance company and the repair of small vessels in the city of Buenaventura Valle del Cauca, aims at providing various services such as maintenance, desvare, hull cleaning, valve revision to clean fuel tanks, propulsion systems maintenance, welding, galvanized surfaces, toilet, painting, cathodic protection, all of the above for the maintenance and repair facilities ships maritime equipment. This will be a very important thing today is a company with the objects referenced by the project. By setting up a business of maintenance and repair of small vessels, will boost the consumption of services required for the leading economic activity in the region, the local maritime trade, satisfying a given demand, social well-being and economic development for whom integrated as partners, direct and indirect employees. Through the specific objectives sought conducting market research, technical, determining the organizational structure, financial assessment study and environmental impact assessment of the feasibility study. The development of this project will be provided by students of tenth semester of Business Administration from the University of Quindío Cread Buenaventura, Gladys Alomía Vasquez, María Eugenia Franqui and Jose Edinson Garcés Valenzuela. The investment for the implementation of the project is $ $ 36.076.99, capital (partners) is 70%: 25,253,894 pesos, funding for financial institutions to 30%: 10,823,097 pesos, the project is given at a rate (Tir) of 10.82%, still higher than the rate equivalent to 8.14% market. The environmental impact shows that this commercial and industrial activity generates lots of affectations considerable damage to the environment, people exposed permanently, by the foregoing shall establish, implement and monitor the mitigation plan.
