Summary:TITLE: The design of a marketing plan and the logistic development of institutional events for the CNC agency 2016. To start, it is going to present the marketing plan of events designed for CNC SAS agency that is in charge of institutional events. Due to that, a diagnosis was made. Also, there were generated marketing strategies in order to postulate the company as one of the best operator of institutional events in the department of Quindío, applying in the marketing plan the PMVA (planning, making, verifying and acting). First, the creation of the plan, then the development of an action plan that is guided by marketing strategies and finishing with the verification of the fulfillment of goals through management indicators in the area of marketing. The principal objective of the marketing plan is to improve the process in the company, structuring their activities and postulate the company not only locally but also nationally.
