Plan de mejoramiento en las áreas de registro – control y coordinación académica de la institución educativa Alfonso López Pumarejo.

This project research was born as a necessity of the institution Alfonso Lopez, dedicated to technical education "TRAINING FOR WORK AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT" improving registration areas - academic control and coordination. In this process a information gathering is done through the survey tool for students, teachers and administrative staff to determine the diagnosis and therefore make an improvement plan identifying the causes, actions, responsible resources and time. Later an action plan that identifies strategies, objectives, discussion, activity, time, responsibility, and indicators to monitor the activities that will be carried out is done. The Theories applied to the project are: The strategic planning to improve the functioning of Agustín Reyes Ponce (2000) and Porter. Conclusion We suggest to designing a system to control the process and get a progressive improvement, which involves the establishment of indicators to measure the achievement of objectives, Implement communication channels for users to generate recommendations for improving the services.
