In synthesis, the present study of feasibility to create the company MY ARCHITECTURAL CARPENTRY S.A.S, has developed from the analysis of the socio-economic sector, the market research and the financial projections that were offering the royal information to create this type of company in Cali.

Por otro lado, factores como la transformación radical en el entorno urbano del municipio de Cali, la inversión en vivienda usada, o el simple deseo de un cambio en el ambiente, obligan a los propietarios a acudir a diseñadores y constructores para remodelar y dejar sus viviendas como nuevas.
