Diagnóstico de las políticas administrativas adoptadas por las instituciones de educación superior en el departamento del Quindío, para llevar a cabo todas las prácticas sobre responsabilidad social universitaria.

This project deals with the diagnostic of the administrative polices adopted by institutions of higher education in the department of Quindio, where could be possible to be evidenced the sector and pillars' impacts when institutions implement the polices in an institutional level. Through this, it is tried to give information about the creation of programs, practices and projects that help people to have the required knowledge and comprehension of the topic with these items, give place at the formation of ideal people with social commitment and highlighting the ability to interact with the environment, to act as the principal tool of society, to meet the needs of the scenery according to the different environmental, social and cultural problems, structuring a model which should help the solving of the dissatisfied needs.
