Pacific extreme is an innovative company. The incursion in the tourism sector generates diversification of the district’s economy. This investigation allows the development, application and practice of the knowledge acquired in the course of the career. For that the next objective was planned: Determinate the viability of this project. To achieve it, the market was determined; characteristics and acceptance of services, technical and infrastructure needs were indicated, administrative requirements were established, financial viability was proven, and last we studied the environmental and social impact that the company generates. The research was framed in theories of modernization, the theory of change, and the theory of competitiveness of Alvarez and Garcia. To obtain the data studio exploratory type was used, descriptive obtaining a sector diagnosis, using Porter’s diamond and inductive method. The tools and techniques used was the survey of the tourists, where the analysis was done to establish the degree of acceptance of adventure sports, since to the majority it seemed attractive and good. The social contribution is to generate employment for the habitants of the sector. The company has a significant market opportunity, the tourism plans of adventure are interesting and striking, plans that have not been explored in the city. The financial evaluation shows the viability of the project, reporting earnings from the first year of operations. |

La incursión en el sector de turismo, genera diversificación de la economía del distrito. Esta investigación permite el desarrollo, aplicación y práctica de los conocimientos adquiridos en el transcurso de la carrera. Para ello se planteó el siguiente objetivo: Determinar la viabilidad de este proyecto. Para lograrlo, se determinó el mercado, características y aceptación de los servicios, se indicaron las necesidades técnicas y de infraestructura, se establecieron los requerimientos administrativos, se comprobó la viabilidad financiera, por último se estudió el impacto ambiental y social que genera la empresa. La investigación se enmarco en las teorías de la modernización, la teoría del cambio, y la teoría de la competitividad de Álvarez y García. Para obtener los datos se utilizó tipo de estudio exploratorio, descriptivo logrando un diagnóstico del sector, utilizando el diamante de Porter y método inductivo. Las herramientas y técnicas utilizadas fue la encuesta a los turistas, donde se hizo el análisis para establecer el grado de aceptación de los deportes de aventura, por cuanto a la mayoría les pareció atractivo y bueno. El aporte social es la generación de empleo para los habitantes del sector. La empresa cuenta con una posibilidad importante en el mercado, los planes de turismo de aventura son interesantes y llamativos, planes que no han sido explorados en la ciudad. La evaluación financiera muestra la viabilidad del proyecto, reportando utilidades a partir del primer año de operaciones.1.
