Summary:The research was carried out to raise an improvement plan that leads to increased sales in EL MODELO service station located in the city of Buenaventura developed the following objectives: Implement marketing strategies in EL MODELO service station, propose to technical requirements that meet the needs in terms of machinery, equipment and facilities, plans or activities define, implement actions to achieve better use of resources and financial analysis in order to assess the feasibility of the proposed restructuring of EL MODELO service station. The results were: The service station model has undergone many changes and has evolved to an increasingly competitive market, but in the process of transformation and development of the organization there are still difficulties in terms of service quality and the recording of transactions and description processes, and after the high competitiveness is vital to develop strategies in pursuit of maintaining sales rates. And the improvement plan proposes the optimization of all business processes, strengthening the team and implementing marketing strategies to ensure the stability of the organization and better management in the administration. The success of the organization is in evolution, the transformation of its services, continuous improvement avoiding stagnation in a market increasingly competitive, demanding and dynamic. And it is recommended that EL MODELO service station implant policy and strategy, including service issues, the record is made of the processes and the implementation of a continuous improvement system, should motivate staff which is critical for better quality the provision of services, and representatives of the management and administration should be responsible for the design, management and implementation of the system.
