Summary: | The aim of this job was to create, describe, design??, and execute a manual of procedures for "Empresa de Transporte Catorce Catorce S.A"., starting with a study of the company itself, like the kind of enterprise, kind of services they offer, time in the market, and all the required information to accomplish the aim. Now, Why is it important to have a manual of procedures for this company or any other one? Because, this requirement can be used not only for what was described to justify this job, but to support the company in the new process to guide to the general quality system, to simplify process, to establish internal responsibilities, and to make the tranportation company reflects on customers, suppliers and employees in an organized environment for its staff, of their processes, and especially to make a fast service, reliable, efficient and thus will represents continuity in the market, and this important tool it allows each server to verify, what to do, according to the wage level, and the hierarchical level that is located within the organization. To improve the quality, efficiency and productivity of human resources in the company and its main purposes is to promote the institution, the dynamics of change aimed at achieving competitiveness, recognizing the important tasks of training in the country, the citizen and the changing world in which we are. For this development we are taken in consideration work rules, operations and maintenance manuals, job analysis, job evaluation, and workload analysis. To make the manual of procedures we have to work as any other project that requires organization, elements of management process, planning, organization, execution, and control. |
