Diseño de manual de procedimientos de gestión de inventario de bienes muebles del municipio de Armenia

The internship is currently being developed in the Municipality of Armenia, in the process of warehouse Administrative Department of Goods and Supplies, aiming to design a manual inventory management procedures Chattel; This manual is the result produced for the purpose of establishing clearly the responsibilities of each of the actors involved in the activity of management of movable property in the town of Armenia, thereby obtaining a document standard under the management system quality that allows to standardize the procedures necessary to successfully achieve the objectives of the activity, which are for municipal warehouse; administration of movable property of the municipality, being necessary upgrade actions, transfer, delivery or return of inventories to administration officials. These procedures are performed empirically and according to the needs of applicants, so the application of concepts of vocational training of Business Administration is evident, as are the Strategic Planning Process Standardization, time and motion study and work measurement to achieve greater effectiveness in the normal development of the activities of that process.
