Plan de negocios para la creación de “ALLICAY” empresa productora y comercializadora de plantas aromáticas deshidratadas en el municipio de Aguadas Caldas

This business plan brings together each of the elements of the research process to create a producer and marketer company of medicinal and aromatic dehydrated plants; based on the use of the wide variety of plants with medicinal active ingredients that exist in our country and generally in the region. Thus enabling crop diversification, employment generation and consolidation of the sector; also taking advantage of the need to explore a market that has not achieved sufficient participation due to lack of awareness and informality that exist today, issues that have not allowed this type of microenterprises emerge as a new productive alternative. This is why this paper presents different aspects of the business plan for the creation of ALLICAY dedicated to the production and marketing of dehydrated herbs. The initiative comes from the need to exploit the internal and external consumption trends of such products and the competitive advantages regarding the variety of temperature zones found in the area of influence of this municipality, allowing the cultivation of different species of aromatic plants. By means of this project new profitable production options are sought, so that crop diversification can be achieved and to obtain income through this business. Likewise it seeks to encourage country lifestyle and not dismantle the rural areas with the use of land for growing plants. Being aware of the fact that the role in national activity cannot be limited strictly to productive issues, but it must consider the responsibility that we have as business actors in the social field.
